Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Club Data Analyst to transform facility ticket data and financial data into dashboards and actionable insights that empower club managers to improve performance.

You will build self-serve dashboards, flag recurring issues, and analyze cost drivers across maintenance, assets, and supplier performance. The role requires strong SQL, Databricks/Genie experience, and an analytical mindset. The position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Informatics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Databricks/Genie or comparable platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and solid statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of data related to buildings and Facility Management (maintenance, ticketing, assets, supplier/SLA data).
• Affinity with cost and financial analysis (cost-per-intervention, benchmarking).
• Experience independently building views/aggregations on existing data.

Responsibilities

• Analyse facility ticket, maintenance, and financial data to identify recurring issues, root causes, and cost drivers.
• Build and maintain dashboards for self-serve overview for managers.
• Flag day-to-day issues and anomalies for managers to investigate.
• Evaluate cost impact of processes and supplier performance (SLA adherence, benchmarking).
• Write SQL/Genie queries and create new views/aggregations on data.
• Projects: scope grows as data landscape evolves.
