Job summary

XFactor Talent is seeking a hands-on IT Architect to design and safeguard the overall IT landscape during a broad transformation. You will turn business needs into practical, secure, scalable designs and stay involved from design through implementation.

This role covers the future ERP transition, data/AI initiatives, API-driven integrations, and cloud security compliant with ISO 27001 in a fast-moving trading environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with hands-on experience as an IT/solution/enterprise architect.
• Experience architecting large ERP transitions, upgrades or cloud migrations.
• Strong cloud architecture experience, preferably Azure in a cloud-first org.
• Integration expertise (APIs, iPaaS such as Boomi).
• Good understanding of information security and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Experience in a trading environment is a strong plus; TOGAF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into target architectures, solution designs and transition roadmaps.
• Maintain an up-to-date view of the application, integration, data and infrastructure landscape.
• Drive legacy rationalization and system simplification.
• Act as design authority: review solution designs and set standards for cloud, integration and data.
• Shape architecture for future ERP selection and transition.
• Design API-driven integration through Boomi or equivalent iPaaS, and contribute to data platforms and master data management.
• Support AI use cases such as trading optimization and margin insights.
• Embed security-by-design and DevSecOps in all designs, ensuring ISO 27001 compliance.
