Job summary

SLAM Ortho is seeking an Internship in Clinical Technology in Delft to support the integration of our sterile sensor device into OR workflows. You will work closely with our engineering and clinical teams, gaining hands-on experience in a startup environment within the YES!Delft incubator.

The role offers real responsibility, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to a first-in-human study at ErasmusMC Rotterdam, with a monthly compensation and full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Create a deep understanding of how surgeons operate and assess what surgeries and instruments are compatible with the device.
• Support the development team with hospital logistics and integrate the device to fit sterilization cycles for the OR.
• Train surgeons in using the device.
• Observe procedures with the device to ensure smooth operation and assist as needed.
• Perform surveys and gather data for the study; translate OR-team requirements to engineers for improvement.
