Job summary

Wellbees is seeking a remote freelance mental health professional to provide online counselling and wellbeing services to employees. You will conduct assessments, formulate evidence-based interventions, and deliver 40-minute video sessions via the Wellbees app.

Candidates should have a BS in Psychology and an MS in Clinical Psychology, plus 2+ years of related experience. English is required; Tamil speakers are a plus. Confidentiality and safety protocols are mandatory.

• Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus

• Maintaining client confidentiality

Education and skills

• BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
• Supervised clinical experience
• Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
