ifeel – International Mental Health Platform is expanding its network of licensed psychologists in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands to provide video and text therapy to users worldwide.

As a therapist you’ll join a multicultural team, schedule flexible 40-minute video sessions and asynchronous text support, and benefit from clinical tools, training, and administrative support.

Text and Video Therapy

ifeel – International Mental Health Platform

We are looking for qualified psychologists and mental health professionals licensed to practise in Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands who would like to join our international network and provide users with flexible, confidential, and high-quality psychological support.

As a therapist at ifeel, you will have the opportunity to support patients through two complementary formats:

Video Therapy:40-minute online sessions scheduled according to your availability and working languages.

Text Therapy:Asynchronous written communication that allows for continuous and flexible support.

You will become part of a multicultural network of mental health professionals and benefit from evidence-based clinical tools, an experienced Clinical Team, and a continuous flow of patients within your area of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a clinical focus.
• Experience providing psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or other mental health services.
• Must meet the legal requirements to provide psychological services in Belgium, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands.
• Must hold the appropriate professional registration or licence required in the country where you are authorised to practise.
• Native or professional proficiency in Dutch or French is required.
• Ability to work independently in a digital environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural competence and experience working with international or multicultural clients are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with telehealth or online therapy platforms.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, or Integrative Therapy.
• Proficiency in English and additional languages is an advantage.
