Wellbees is looking for a remote mental health professional to provide evidence-based wellbeing services to employees. You will conduct 40-minute video sessions via the Wellbees app, delivering assessments and tailored interventions with strict confidentiality.

Requirements include a BS/MS in psychology, supervised clinical experience, and 2+ years in related roles. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus. Short-term psychotherapy and online therapy experience are favorable.

Education and skills:

• BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
• Supervised clinical experience
• Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
• All candidates must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
• Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus.
• Bahasaspeakers will be considered for the role. English speaking is also a requirement. Other languages are plus.
