Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Packaging Operator to join the clinical labelling and packaging team. You will support manual labelling and packaging of clinical trial medicines, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

You will contribute to delivering high quality products for patients in trials, operate packaging processes per SOPs, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain training and batch logistics responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manual packaging environment, preferably within pharma or GMP/GDP settings.
• Strong focus on quality and performance.
• Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Operate clinical labelling and packaging processes following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Escalate issues promptly when necessary.
• Own your tasks and ensure quality and accuracy in all work.
• Complete all required training within corporate deadlines.
• Manage batch related logistics activities.
