Job summary

BD in Amsterdam is seeking a BIG-registered nurse to help make continentie care safer and easier. You will train care professionals, guide implementation of PureWick in hospitals, nursing homes and home care, and support patients and informal caregivers with initial use.

You will work independently, travel within the Netherlands, and collaborate with BD colleagues and external partners to ensure successful deployments and adoption of innovative continence care solutions.

Qualifications

• BIG-registered nurse with valid license.
• Completed MBO or HBO nursing education.
• Willing to travel within the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide trainings and instructions to nurses and care staff.
• Support implementation of PureWick in hospitals, nursing homes, and home care.
• Assist patients and caregivers with initial use of PureWick.
• Advise on proper use of PureWick across care settings.
• Act as clinical point of contact during implementations and pilots.
• Gather field feedback and identify needs and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments.
• Contribute to a positive user experience and sustainable adoption of innovative continence care.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Je geeft trainingen en instructies aan verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en andere zorgprofessionals.
• Je begeleidt implementaties van PureWick® in ziekenhuizen, verpleeghuizen en thuiszorgorganisaties.
• Je ondersteunt patiënten en mantelzorgers bij de eerste ingebruikname.
• Je adviseert over de juiste toepassing van PureWick® in verschillende zorgomgevingen.
• Je bent klinisch aanspreekpunt tijdens implementaties en proeftrajecten.
• Je haalt praktijkervaringen, behoeften en verbeterkansen op uit het veld.
• Je werkt samen met interne collega’s en externe stakeholders om implementaties soepel te laten verlopen.
• Je draagt bij aan een positieve gebruikerservaring en duurzame adoptie van innovatieve continentiezorg.

• Een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding Verpleegkunde.
• Een geldige BIG registratie.
• Je woont in Midden Nederland en hebt rijbewijs B.
• Je communiceert makkelijk met zorgprofessionals, patiënten en mantelzorgers.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en vindt reizen binnen Nederland geen probleem.
• Affiniteit met innovatie, zorgvernieuwing en medische hulpmiddelen.
• Ervaring met instructies, trainingen of presentaties is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
• Enthousiast, positief en nieuwsgierig.
• Sterk in relaties opbouwen en mensen meenemen in verandering.
• Praktisch, oplossingsgericht en ondernemend.
• Een natuurlijke ambassadeur voor innovatie in de zorg.
• Je bent bereid om één keer per week aanwezig te zijn op de locatie in Olen, België.
• Flexibiliteit in werktijden PureWick® wordt vaak ’s nachts gebruikt. Daarom vinden trainingen, eerste ingebruiknames en begeleiding regelmatig aan het einde van de dag of in de avond plaats. Dat kan met zorgteams zijn, maar ook met patiënten en mantelzorgers thuis. We zoeken iemand die die flexibiliteit prettig vindt en begrijpt dat goede begeleiding soms juist buiten kantooruren het verschil maakt.

The budget for this role is around 60-65k yearly + benefits.
