Job summary

Tecwave in the Netherlands is seeking a Work Planner in Installation Technology to bridge project initiation and execution. You will carefully prepare projects, ensure timely procurement and planning, and support technicians and project managers during on-site execution.

Your role focuses on preparing work packages, coordinating materials and teams, maintaining supplier contact, and keeping documentation up to date to ensure ready-for-execution projects.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Previous experience in work preparation or calculation in installation technology is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for planning and detail.
• Communicative skills in contact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented; VCA certification is a plus.
• Driving license B is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing work packages, schedules, and calculations.
• Coordinating materials, deploying technicians, and consulting with the project team.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Managing documentation, time registration, and progress reports.
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during project preparation.
• Ensuring projects are ready for execution.
