Job summary

Carbon Equity in Amsterdam is seeking a Content Manager / Creative to lead content that resonates with our climate-focused audience. You will craft authentic stories and coordinate multimedia content across channels to build our community and support growth.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team, manage projects end-to-end, and leverage AI tools to accelerate impact. A passion for climate tech and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Creative storytelling ability to translate insights into compelling narratives.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple runs from idea to delivery.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to own work, iterate, and operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Write authentic, human copy and content with AI support when valuable.
• Produce video and audio content, coordinating external freelancers when needed.
• Manage projects and stakeholders from first idea through final delivery.
• Contribute to and execute on the creative strategy and brand direction.
• Research the market and our customers to understand what moves them.
• Create content across social channels, newsletters, webinars, campaigns and more.
• Support sales, product launches, events, and website updates.
