Job summary

Workwize is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with enterprise clients, turning IT-lifecycle ambitions into live workflows on our platform. You’ll design, build, and launch solutions that drive adoption and measurable outcomes across our global IT deployments.

In this brand-new, startup-like team, you’ll own the work from discovery to delivery, shipping production-ready code and iterating until real value is achieved. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Around 4+ years of building and shipping software that real users depend on.
• Experience working directly with customers or clients and turning requests into clear tickets.
• Ability to articulate business value of features, not just technical implementation.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and shipping with AI support.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise clients: discovery, define what is done, and keep all stakeholders updated.
• Convert client requests from calls, Slack, and email into small, actionable tickets with success criteria.
• Build and ship production-grade code in the product, not demos or side projects.
• Evaluate requests for value; propose quick, effective versions that solve real problems.
• Track impact: faster go-lives, increased usage, fewer support tickets, happier clients.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Operations, Sales and Product teams.
