Job summary

Russell Tobin is looking for a Commercial Office Employee in Haarlem, Netherlands. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting the sales process from inquiry through after-sales.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, advising on products, and building relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face visits. Regular customer visits help identify opportunities and ensure a seamless experience across sales, logistics, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO level of education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in commercial, customer service, or sales support is preferred.
• Good command of Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and follow up on customer quotations.
• Provide advice on products, services and solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships via phone, email and in-person visits.
• Support the sales team with commercial and administrative preparations.
• Analyze customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to customers.
