Job summary

Closed GmbH is seeking a Client Advisor for its Amsterdam store, bringing fashion expertise and a passionate customer focus to deliver outstanding service. You will guide customers with style advice and product knowledge, while representing the Closed brand on the shop floor and maintaining an inspiring store presentation.

You enjoy achieving sales goals, collaborating with the team, and have fluency in Dutch and English to engage with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail as a Client Advisor.
• Excellent fashion consultant with strong customer focus and warmth.
• Merchandise knowledge and living the Closed brand.
• Motivated to achieve personal and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service and fashion advice to customers.
• Present Closed collections attractively on the sales floor.
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets.
• Perform checkout procedures, handle deliveries and inventory.
• Assist in merchandise management, including reordering and checking incoming goods.

Your profile

• You have professional experience in retail as a Client Advisor in the fashion industry
• You are an excellent fashion consultant, inspiring with your customer focus and your warm and open manner
• You enjoy acquiring the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
• You are success-orientated and motivated to achieve personal and collective sales goals
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
