Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Team Leader for its cleanroom environment in Venray. You will lead a 25–30 person team across a 2-shift system, ensuring safe, quality-driven, on-time production while driving continuous improvement and staff development.

You will act as the key link to management, coordinating tasks, communicating clearly, and supporting departments like Maintenance, Quality, and Planning. A strong coaching mindset and focus on safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: MBO+ in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process technology, or related field.
• Leadership skills: at least 5 years in production with minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Communication skills: excellent verbal and written English; open, constructive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 25–30 Operators and Inspectors in a cleanroom.
• Ensure daily production activities meet safety, quality, delivery and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate between team and management; monitor progress and intervene when needed.
• Coach and develop team members; create personal development plans.
