Job summary

Oliver is seeking a Press Operator in a cleanroom environment on a two-shift system (36 hours) to set up and operate printing presses for packaging materials. You will work to customer specifications and quality standards, perform visual inspections, and record production data.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance per manufacturer instructions; troubleshooting with Maintenance; and ensuring a safe, organized work environment with 5S and safety audits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Flexographic printing presses or similar is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and minor malfunctions independently.
• Attention to detail; follow detailed instructions closely.
• Flexible commitment on presses and other machines.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate presses in the cleanroom according to production specs and quality standards.
• Perform visual inspections and record dimensional and production data.
• Carry out basic maintenance per manufacturer instructions; liaise with Maintenance for faults.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment with 5S and safety audits.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and participate in team activities.
