Job summary

ASML is seeking a Team Leader for Cleanroom Logistics to lead a 5-shift group of operators in our high‑tech warehouse and cleanroom environment. You will coach, motivate and develop the team while safeguarding safety, quality and on-time delivery to support manufacturing operations.

You will define priorities, manage performance, implement improvements, and collaborate with internal customers and WTLO Engineers to ensure SLA achievement and smooth changeovers.

Qualifications

• MBO+ / HBO level in logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with warehousing and distribution processes is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Cleanroom Logistics operators; ensure resource readiness and engagement.
• Manage day-to-day operations, set priorities and monitor SLA achievement.
• Define and report on overall SLA/performance to internal customers; drive improvements.
• Lead introduction of new processes and participate in related projects with WTLO Engineers.
