Job summary

NN Personeel B.V. in The Hague is seeking a CI/CD Platform Engineer to shape and evolve NN’s CI/CD platforms, balancing standardisation with flexibility to support various teams while ensuring security and compliance.

You will develop Python automation, use AWS CDK for infrastructure as code, and assist internal users by improving tooling and developer experience. The role is hybrid with a focus on secure, scalable platforms and collaboration within the NN CI/CD Platform Team.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop Python code that automates operational work.
• Hands-on with infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS CDK).
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes in professional environments.
• Track record of helping internal users by improving platform usability.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation to remove manual operational work and reduce toil for engineers.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK to support secure and scalable platforms
• Support internal CDaaS users by answering operational questions and improving how tools are used
• Contribute to platform improvements that automate security, compliance and developer enablement
