Job summary

Nedap Beveiligingstechniek B.V. in Groenlo is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our security-focused SaaS platform. You’ll automate deployments, build scalable CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability.

Hybrid work with two days per week on campus, 32–38 hours, and a competitive monthly salary between €4,500 and €6,000 gross. We value autonomy, personal growth, and a culture of trust.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of pipeline tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps and CircleCI.
• Experience with Bash scripting; Python and/or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Experience in managing production infrastructure and designing build, deployment and monitoring systems.
• Good command of English; fluency in Dutch is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform.
• Support development teams in using and developing the infrastructure platform.
• Develop deployment pipelines for services on Nomad and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Bash and Python.
• Promote automation, self-service and engineering best practices within development teams.
• Challenge development teams on architectural choices to deliver scalable, reliable SaaS solutions.
