Job summary

Travix is seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our global product organization and shape the future of our mobile-first, AI-driven online travel platform. You will steer long-term vision across product management, design, and analytics, partnering with Travix and Trip.com Group leadership.

You will build a high-performing team, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver an exceptional user experience across brands and markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience.
• 7+ years of senior executive leadership experience (e.g., VP, Head of Product, or C-level).
• Global team management across geographies, demonstrated in EU contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Travix and its brands.
• Lead product innovation across the full customer journey to drive conversions and growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary product organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
• Champion mobile-first and AI-driven initiatives as core to the product strategy.
• Manage complex program delivery with risk mitigation and stakeholder updates.
