Join our Customer Tech Enablement team as an Agile Lead, where you’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with broad impact. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams who enable the organization to accelerate business value delivery. You will support our transformation toward a modern and sustainable tech landscape and foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.

Responsibilities

• You are a highly communicative and engaging professional who inspires and motivates others, and who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• You proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks, foster collaboration, and optimize the flow of work across teams. Your focus on efficiency and delivering value will help us serve our customers faster and better.
• You continuously seek opportunities to improve the system—whether by getting hands-on yourself, creating transparency, or constructively challenging the status quo.
• You actively support the growth and development of DevOps teams and individual team members, helping them mature in their Agile ways of working.
• You collaborate closely with the Head of Tech, Engineering Managers, and Product owners to enable product teams to stay focused on delivering value.
• You collaborate with fellow Agile Leads to share healthy practices, apply collective learnings, and contribute to the broader Agile community. As a skilled facilitator, you build trust among teams and stakeholders and foster a culture of open, honest, and constructive dialogue.

The Enablement cluster provides the essential tools, frameworks, and shared components that drive developer productivity and engineering excellence. You play a key role in helping teams accelerate innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies to improve efficiency and enhance how engineers build solutions. Together with your team you will work on inspiring projects to accelerate our transition into a hybrid Food & Tech company. We want to leverage data and technology to future-proof food shopping and give our customers the accessibility to healthy food more easily available for everyone. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong blend of Agile expertise, leadership, and collaboration to the table. Ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of experienceas an Agile Coach/Lead, working closely with cross-functional DevOps teams
• Deep understanding ofAgile principlesand hands-on experience with multiple agile frameworks
• Proven track record of guiding teams in advancing their DevOps maturity and improving end-to-end delivery
• A natural team player who thrives oncollaborationand takes initiative todrive outcomes
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with Obeya as a lean/agile management practice
• Prior hands-on technical experience or background

• An annual salary up to 105k including holiday allowance and a flexible bonus. Depending on your level of seniority and experience;
