Job summary

BENK PROJECTS zoekt een ervaren vakman die als lead contractor gas- en waterleidingen installeert op diverse projectlocaties. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, supervisors en monteurs en bewaakt planning, veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Wij bieden een marktconform salaris tussen 4.000 en 5.500 euro bruto per maand, een bedrijfswagen (privégebruik mogelijk), 35 verlofdagen en mogelijkheden voor opleiding. Een prettige werkomgeving met korte lijnen en groeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minimaal mbo/hbo niveau in civiele techniek of werktuigbouw.
• Goede digitale vaardigheden en kunnen werken op een computer/laptop.
• Ervaring als (lead) contractor bij installatie van gas- en waterleidingen.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van de installatie van gas- en waterleidingen als aannemer.
• Samenwerken met projectteam en stakeholders om planning en uitvoering te bewaken.
• Zorgdragen voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en tijdigheid op de projecten.

Job description

07:00 You will start the day early at the project site. During the day start with superintendents and mechanics, the work is divided, points of interest are discussed and safety measures are gone over. This way the team will be well prepared for work.
08:00 Once the work is up and running, contact is made with the work planner and engineer. Any technical bottlenecks in the design are discussed, as are material questions or contingencies in the field.
09:30 You will walk through various work sites. Progress, safety and quality are checked.
11:00 Time for a moment in the construction shop. The schedule is updated, work orders are registered and the progress of the project is recorded digitally. They also look ahead: are all the materials for next week ordered? Is capacity needed on other projects?
13:00 The afternoon starts with a meeting with the client. You will discuss how the project is progressing, whether everything is still within the agreed scope and any bottlenecks or changes. You actively think along in practical solutions.
14:30 After the consultation, there is room to contribute ideas on upcoming projects. Based on practical experience, you provide valuable input on execution, planning and costs. Before the end of the day, the work site is checked one more time and briefly coordinated with the team for the next day.
16:00 The day ends with overview: execution is on schedule and quality, the team is on track, and the next steps are clear.

• you have at least a mbo/hbo level in terms of working and thinking level, preferably education in the field of civil engineering or mechanical engineering;
• You are digitally proficient and can work well with a computer and laptop;
• You have experience in the role of (lead) contractor in the installation of gas and water pipes;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language and know how to express yourself easily towards both internal and external stakeholders.
