Job summary

Novotel Eindhoven is looking for a cook who is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about food, with a keen eye for quality. You will prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet-style setting, using your culinary skills to maintain high standards.

Working times are from 7:00 to 21:00 with 8-hour shifts; availability on weekends and evenings is required. The role offers a social, meaningful workplace, with salary of €17.91–€22.00 gross per hour (including holiday allowance),

Job description

Novotel Eindhoven provides catering services at an accommodation centre operated by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA). Around 150 residents currently stay at the location.

Every day, we provide breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet-style setting, served at fixed times. Because of these set meal times, we work with fixed weekly schedules. At the same time, we value flexibility and work together to find a schedule that works well for both our team and the operation.

One of the great advantages of working at our location is that evening shifts finish at around 9:00 PM at the latest, giving you a good balance between work and your personal life.

As a cook at our location, you will prepare and serve daily breakfast, lunch and dinner in a buffet-style setting. You will have plenty of room to use your culinary skills and creativity while maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.

We are looking for someone living in or around Eindhoven. We don't want you to travel much longer than 30 minutes to your work.
