Qualifications

• Willing to work in shifts (minimum 24 hours weekly).
• Proficient in Dutch or English, including reading skills.
• Physically capable of standing work and lifting tasks.
• Committed to hygienic and safe practices in production.
• Open to obtaining internal certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production line: cutting, lifting, packing, and packaging cheese products.
• Maintain cleanliness: follow hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace.
• Collaborate effectively: communicate and work closely with colleagues in a diverse team.
• Adapt to shift work: be available for at least 24 hours per week, including evening and night shifts.
• Develop your skills: take advantage of internal training and growth opportunities, such as advancing to a bandlaider role or exploring other departments.
