Job summary

Nederland. AB is seeking a Food Machine Operator in Lopik to join the cheese production team.

This full-time role involves operating, monitoring, and optimizing automated cheese lines, with responsibilities including adjusting temperatures and mixing times and ensuring recipes are followed. The position offers a gross hourly wage of 16.92–24.26, weekly pay, travel and shift allowances, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Experience as a process operator in food production, preferably dairy or cheese sector.
• Knowledge of process automation and HACCP.
• Ability to identify and solve technical/process issues independently.
• English at B1 level is needed to read instructions and communicate at work.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize automated and semi-automated cheese production lines.
• Control process parameters like temperature and mixing time and ensure recipes are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technical services during malfunctions and document production data.
• Assist and coach less experienced colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
