Qualifications
- Experience as a process or machine operator in the food industry (dairy or cheese is a plus).
- MBO-3 or MBO-4 diploma in Process Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Good understanding of production processes and basic automation.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Flexible to work in shifts and take responsibility for your area.
- Basic English skills (A2-B1) are sufficient - you need to understand simple instructions and communicate with your colleagues at work.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor and optimise modern cheese production lines.
- Set and adjust parameters like temperature, pressure and mixing times.
- Ensure HACCP controls and food safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with production, quality and technical teams.
