Job summary

Jobster in Lopik is seeking a Food Machine Operator to manage cheese production lines in a modern facility. The role is full-time and involves operating automated systems, adjusting process parameters, and ensuring product safety and quality at all stages.

You will work with a close team on shift, monitor critical points, troubleshoot issues, and assist with continuous improvement projects. English at work is required to communicate instructions and procedures clearly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a process operator in the food industry (dairy or cheese preferred).
• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in Process/Food Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of automation, process control, and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Able to troubleshoot technical or process issues.
• Comfortable working in shift operations; basic language skills sufficient for work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control automated and semi-automated cheese production lines daily.
• Set and monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, mixing times) to ensure correct recipes.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and perform in-process quality checks.
• Coordinate with technical services for repairs and support colleagues’ learning.
