Job summary

AXIS Career in Leerdam is seeking a dedicated production operator for a modern cheese factory. You will operate machines, monitor the production process, and ensure products meet quality standards while working safely with colleagues.

You will follow a 3-shift schedule (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00) and collaborate with production and warehouse teams to keep lines running smoothly and data recorded accurately.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating production equipment and following instructions.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately and with attention to quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machines.
• Check the production process for quality and efficiency.
• Resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
