Job summary

Apple is seeking an Channel Store Advisor to support the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. You will foster relationships with store staff, deliver product demonstrations to customers, and train partners while upholding Apple merchandising standards.

You will grow Apple business in a multi-branded setting by delivering excellent service, sharing knowledge of products and services, and driving awareness of Apple solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English for customer interactions.
• Strong customer focus and communication abilities.
• Ability to educate and inspire customers and partner staff.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a partner store and engage customers about Apple products.
• Demonstrate products, train partner staff, and drive product knowledge and sales.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain in-store merchandising standards.
• Proactively expand awareness for new and existing customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Stay up to date on Apple initiatives affecting the customer journey.
