Job summary

You will build strong relationships with the partner staff, deliver product demonstrations, train staff, and ensure merchandising standards are met to drive product knowledge and brand awareness. You will represent Apple, educate customers on Apple products, and contribute to a positive customer journey while staying up to date

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to educate and inspire others.
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
• Fluency or advanced conversational proficiency in Dutch, and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products to customers and partners.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers by delivering product demonstrations and promoting Apple platform adoption.
• Ensure store merchandising and fixtures meet Apple standards.
