Job summary

Sila Sveta is seeking an experienced Producer to lead technically complex multimedia projects from the client brief through production, installation and on-site delivery. You will assemble project teams, define goals, timelines and budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.

The role involves developing proposals, tenders and client pitches, and guiding projects to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle multimedia projects including complex installations.
• Strong understanding of concept development to technical delivery.
• Experience leading project teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to win new business and present solutions to clients.
• Experience managing budgets, estimates and production schedules.
• Solid understanding of CG and VFX workflows.
• Knowledge of multimedia technologies (video projection, projection mapping, LED, interactive/holographic installs, XR/VR/AR).
• Ability to coordinate creative, technical, production, finance and legal teams.
• Fluent English for negotiations with international clients.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering full-cycle projects in multimedia, live entertainment, culture, museums, and exhibitions.
• A strong understanding of every stage of a multimedia project, from creative concept development and content production to technical design, installation and launch.
• Experience managing project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• The ability to build long-term client relationships, win new business, and confidently present and defend proposed solutions.

• Keep projects on schedule and within budget while overseeing quality, resources and profitability.
• Select and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation, record key decisions and agreements and provide regular project updates.
• Take part in installation, testing, rehearsals and final handover to the client.
