Job summary

Sila Sveta is seeking an experienced Producer to lead technically complex multimedia projects from client brief and concept development through production, installation, and on-site delivery.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise across creative concept development, content production, technical design, installation and launch, with a focus on coordinating creative, technical, production, finance and legal teams and maintaining schedules and profitability.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering full-cycle projects in multimedia, live entertainment, culture, museums, and exhibitions.
• Strong understanding of every stage of a multimedia project, from creative concept development and content production to technical design, installation and launch.
• Experience managing project teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships, win new business, and confidently present and defend proposed solutions.
• Experience managing project budgets, estimates and production schedules.
• Solid understanding of CG and VFX production workflows.
• Knowledge of multimedia technologies, including video projection, projection mapping, LED screens, interactive and holographic installations, XR, VR and AR.
• The ability to bring together creative, technical, production, finance and legal teams.
• Fluent English for negotiations, business correspondence and day-to-day communication with international clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming enquiries and turn them into clear briefs for the project team.
• Lead initial client meetings to define project goals, expectations, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee the development of creative concepts, pre-sales materials and tender submissions.
• Build project teams and coordinate everyone involved from start to finish.
• Prepare proposals, budgets and project schedules.
• Gather and consolidate input and estimates from internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Present and pitch concepts, proposals, budgets and timelines to clients.
• Work with the studio’s legal and finance teams on contract negotiations and execution.
• Lead projects through every stage, from concept development and content production to technical delivery and on-site launch.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget while overseeing quality, resources and profitability.
• Select and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation, record key decisions and agreements, and provide regular project updates.
• Take part in installation, testing, rehearsals and final handover to the client.
