Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics.
• Peer-level leadership on the floor with good schedule adherence is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations per SOPs and batch records.
• Perform tasks in accordance with safety policies, SOPs, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
• Train new operators and ensure proficiency in process systems.
• Represent the department in cross-functional collaborations.
• Complete documentation required by controlled documents and batch records.
• Solve complex technical problems using established solutions.
