A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Renewable & Alternative Energy in the Netherlands. The role involves supporting the implementation of a Common Data Environment platform within major offshore grid programmes. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Jira and Confluence, and fluency in both Dutch and English. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex infrastructure or capital project environments.
• Proven experience with data and process migration.
• Familiarity with document management systems in infrastructure projects.
• Experience with CDE platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the rollout of existing improvement requests and functional adjustments.
• Align priorities with the Product Owner and user groups.
• Support planning and coordination of data and process migration activities.
• Prepare migration scripts, checklists, execution plans, and testing protocols.
• Guide functional and technical migration testing.
