SPM Instrument B.V. seeks a Sales Engineer/CBM Consultant to advise clients on Condition-Based Maintenance solutions in the Benelux. You will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to build long-term client relationships based on data and expertise.

You will analyze maintenance challenges, propose CBM concepts, and translate needs into concrete proposals while developing key accounts and sales plans. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• HBO level work and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical B2B sales, engineering, or consultancy role.
• Strong affinity for condition monitoring, Industry 4.0, and smart data.
• Affinity for industrial environments, maintenance, and reliability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technology.
• Experience with CRM systems and structured work.
• Experience and certification in vibration analysis is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to analyze technical issues related to maintenance, reliability, and asset performance.
• Advise on CBM solutions, measurement and monitoring concepts, products, and services.
• Build and further develop (key) accounts within the technical industry.
• Translate customer needs into concrete, technically sound proposals.
• Develop and execute account and sales plans.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes in close collaboration with the technical team.
• Identify market developments and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Record and monitor customer information, projects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
