Job summary

Limbricht Castle is seeking a Hospitality Manager to take ultimate responsibility for day-to-day catering operations. You will lead several supervisors on the floor, coach teams and ensure the castle’s image is reflected in every guest interaction.

You’ll focus on developing people, monitoring guest experience, and creating clear structure in operations. You’ll be visible on the shop floor, make decisions, and drive improvements with enthusiasm and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Managing, coaching and developing multiple managers and employees

• Being actively present on the shop floor and setting a good example
• Identifying areas for improvement and actually implementing them
• Helping to build a strong, motivated and professional team
