For our polymer plant, we are seeking a casting operator responsible for the safe and efficient production of our end product. You play an important role in one of the final steps of our process and ensure that our product is produced safely and in accordance with our quality standards.
With a shift allowance of 28.5%, a 13th month salary, holiday pay, and extensive training opportunities, this position offers an attractive total package for candidates seeking a long-term career in the industry.
As a Casting Operator, you are responsible for handling our batch process. You start up the process lines, and when a batch is completed, you clean the production line so that it is ready for the next batch.
To master the entire process, you will be given ample time to learn by shadowing one of our experienced casting operators. Once you have gained sufficient experience, you will perform your duties on the casting floor independently.
