Job summary

Appsierra Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Case Manager to help families navigate challenges and create integrated support plans with a focus on safety, coordination, and team development.

The role requires Dutch language proficiency, completed higher professional education, and SKJ registration (or ability to obtain it quickly). You will lead planning, collaborate with youth services under the Youth Act and Wmo, and support stakeholders through regular meetings.

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education.
• Several years of relevant work experience with complex parenting, developmental issues, or adults with care-avoiding behavior.
• SKJ registration, or ability to obtain it within a short timeframe.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Youth Act, Social Support Act (Wmo), and related laws.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
