Job summary

Group 2000, based in Curaçao, is seeking a driven Customer Project & Support Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer impact and adventure. You will deploy solutions on-premise and in the cloud, ensure flawless performance in diverse customer environments, and act as the trusted technical advisor.

You will handle installations, integrations, health checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance while collaborating with product teams and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in system engineering, implementation, and/or technical support.
• Strong Linux knowledge (Red Hat/RHEL).
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Cassandra.
• Willingness to travel internationally and join standby/on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement our solutions (on-premise & cloud).
• Integrate systems within complex customer environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide 2nd/ 3rd line support.
• Support deployments, updates, and changes (maintenance & upgrades).
• Perform health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Work on customer projects and support tickets.
• Document solutions and contribute to automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams (Product Development).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
