Mars Global Services in Veghel, Netherlands, is seeking an Early Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead intern and graduate recruitment across the Netherlands and, when needed, across Europe. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to build a strong pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Experience in Early Talent, Campus Recruitment and/or Volume Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch educational landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset and collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process for internships and graduate programs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and guide the recruitment journey.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
