Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a Calibration Specialist in the Netherlands to calibrate electronic and optical measurement instruments for customers and internal teams. This role ensures ISO standards are met and reports are prepared to drive customer satisfaction.

You will manage calibration facilities, contribute to quotation and order management, train staff, and ensure timely turnaround for complex equipment, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze reports and take action to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously check and if required develop procedures to ensure that ISO standards are met.
• Setting targets and follow business plan to ensure calibration operation meet its financial and customer key performance indicators as agreed by Yokogawa management.
• Manage the planning, registration, reporting and logistics of the product internally to ensure turnaround time is in line with customer’s expectations; closely working with Logistics to manage the assignment within planning/deadlines.
• Maintain and update calibration facilities.
• Design new calibration facilities.
• Organize/plan and execute calibration training both internally and externally in line with business needs and customer requirements.
