Job summary

Fluke Netherlands Service Laboratory seeks a Quality & Metrology Engineer to support calibration, metrology, and quality activities within the Netherlands Service Laboratory. The role focuses on ensuring calibration accuracy, maintaining metrological traceability, and contributing to new capability development for Fluke's Test & Measurement service business in the Netherlands.

You will work with global metrology experts and cross-functional teams to enhance calibration services and process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Metrology, Physics or related technical field.
1-3 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or quality engineering.
Experience in ISO/IEC 17025 environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration of Test & Measurement equipment in accordance with Fluke procedures and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Execute daily calibration activities and achieve committed Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets.
Maintain metrological traceability of calibration standards and reference equipment.
Support troubleshooting and technical investigation of complex calibration issues and customer escalations related to calibration quality.
Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the laboratory quality management system.
Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and RvA accreditation requirements; support internal and external audits, proficiency testing, corrective actions.
Assist with validation of calibration methods and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement projects using FBS, Lean, or Six Sigma.
