Job summary

Multi.engineering is seeking an Application Specialist Cadmatic Hull in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. The role is hybrid, start ASAP, for one year on an employment contract. English is the working language; Dutch is an advantage.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving to the Netherlands. The candidate will bridge engineering and IT, configuring Cadmatic Hull project environments and supporting engineers on naval vessels.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipbuilding engineering and functional application management.
• Familiarity with Cadmatic Hull or similar naval CAD/PLM tools.
• Comfort translating engineering needs into software functionality.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering business needs into functional specifications for Cadmatic Hull developments.
• Analyse application issues with engineering users and define practical solutions.
• Develop and implement application processes and functionalities.
• Set up and configure project environments within Cadmatic Hull.
• Manage catalogues, libraries, specifications and other project-related data.
• Administer user access rights and manage interfaces between Cadmatic Hull and other applications.
• Maintain working relationships with software suppliers and knowledge partners.
• Provide functional support to PLM and CAD users and prepare training materials, application documentation, user manuals and practical tips.
• Organise application-related training in coordination with the Manager Engineering Support.
