Job summary

Motivz in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to design and optimize mechanical specs for high-purity gas handling systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will manage the full design lifecycle in CAD, execute change requests, and ensure meticulous drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• More than 5 years of working experience.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and deep experience with project lifecycle management.
• Strong communicative skills and a hands-on team mentality.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

What does your workday look like?

• You design and optimise mechanical specifications within multidisciplinary teams, aimed at achieving high purity and ultra-cleanliness in gas handling systems;
• You manage the full design lifecycle in CAD, ensuring all technical drawings and documentation for integrated modules are meticulous and up to date;
• You execute change requests and design-to-value programmes with precision, maintaining high quality standards;
• You take ownership of your own work, with the freedom to take initiative and make your own choices;
• No day is the same: one moment you're deep in a technical drawing, the next you're aligning with R&D on a new design challenge.

Requirements

As a CAD Engineer:

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field;
• You have more than 5 years of working experience;
• You have advanced proficiency in CAD software and deep experience with project lifecycle management;
• You have strong communicative skills and a hands-on team mentality;
• You are fluent in English.
