Job summary

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv in Echt (Netherlands) is seeking a Cable Assembly Technician to build (complex) cables from start to finish, combining mechanical and electrical work.

You will read technical drawings, translate customer specifications into a finished product, and work in a precise, quality-focused team environment. The role requires 32–40 hours per week and Dutch or English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO level 3 in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Good command of either Dutch or English.
• Availability 32–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Independently assembling, modifying, and inspecting (complex) cables based on technical drawings.
• Assembling various types of cables, including cutting, connecting wires, and attaching different types of connectors.
• Ensuring cables meet high-quality standards for defense equipment, vehicles, and high-tech machines (e.g., ASML).
• Translating technical customer specifications into a complete end product using Technical Product Documentation (TPD).
• Working both inside and outside a Grade 2-class cleanroom.
• Participating in project teams to analyze and solve issues.
