• Food & Health: Completely free daily lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks available on-site, plus free access to our company gym to keep you fit and energized.
• Career & Development: A strong focus on your personal development, supported by a tailored learning plan and extensive career opportunities across a wide range of functions and projects.

What you will do

• Perform advanced testing, validation, and inspection activities to guarantee top-tier quality.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, including conducting deep root-cause analyses.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and smoothly guide engineering changes into the manufacturing process.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, 5S, and ESD standards.
• Act as a technical mentor, guiding and sharing your valuable knowledge with your colleagues on the floor.

Who you are

We are looking for an independent technical problem-solver who takes true ownership of their work. Furthermore, you bring:

• An MBO Level 3 or 4 technical education, or at least 2 years of relevant practical experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
