Job summary

JLL zoekt een enthousiaste stagiair(e) Value & Risk Advisory in Amsterdam Zuidas. Je ondersteunt taxateurs bij hun werkzaamheden en leert hoe vastgoedwaarderingen tot stand komen aan de hand van data en cashflow-modellen.

Je werkt aan gebouwenbezoeken, documentenanalyse, rapportages en rekenmodellen, en je groeit mee met een professioneel team van experts. Een HBO/WO-opleiding in financieel economische of vastgoed richting is gewenst.

Qualifications

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
• Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel) en AI.
• Affiniteit met cijfers en financiële getallen.

Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van taxateurs bij vastgoedwaarderingen.
• Bezoeken van gebouwen en verzamelen van documentatie.
• Meehelpen aan rapportages en het opstellen van rekens modellen.

Wat kan je verwachten?

Het Value & Risk Advisory team adviseert nationale en internationale beleggers en banken over de waarde van vastgoed. De taxateurs vertalen gebouwinformatie en marktdata in cashflow prognoses om tot een zorgvuldig onderbouwde waardering te komen. Als stagiar(e) vervul je een ondersteunende rol voor onze taxateurs. Je wordt bij alle facetten betrokken; zo ga je mee naar gebouwen, analyseer je vastgoeddocumentatie, schrijf je mee aan rapportages en krijg je de kans om rekenmodellen op te stellen. Wij bieden je de gelegenheid veel ervaring op te doen en inzicht te krijgen in belangrijkste drivers van vastgoedbeleggingen.

Wat vragen wij van je?

• Je woont bij voorkeur in regio Amsterdam


• Je hebt bent bezig met een HBO- of WO opleiding. Bij voorkeur in een financieel economische, bedrijfskundige of vastgoed gerelateerde richting.


• Je hebt goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel) en AI.


• Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend in het Nederlands en het Engels.


• Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers.
