The Member Company is seeking a proactive Business Manager to help grow our new Business, IT, and Data cell in the Groningen region. You will take commercial ownership, build partnerships, and match partners with work entrepreneurs to deliver projects.

You will guide your team’s work entrepreneurs in their careers and collaborate with partners on assignments, while actively sourcing future Employeneurs through networks and recruitment channels.

Responsabilités

• Independently represent the Business, IT, and Data cell in the Groningen region
• Provide input on the strategic development of this new cell in Groningen
• Take commercial responsibility for the perfect match between partner, work entrepreneur, and TMC
• Maintain and build partnerships within the Business, IT, and Data cell
• Collaborate with partners on assignments and match work entrepreneurs from your team to these projects
• Guide work entrepreneurs from your team in their career and (personal) development
• Search for and approach future Employeneurs via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
• Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process

About this vacancy

In September 2024, TMC started establishing the Business, IT, and Data cell. As a Business Manager, you will contribute strategically to the further expansion and development of our new cell. Plenty of responsibility, autonomy, and, in addition, we offer a friendly work atmosphere.
