Job summary

TSC Life, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Business Process & ERP Manager for Finance to connect financial processes across international teams within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Business Process & ERP Manager – Finance

How do you connect financial processes, international teams and a growing organization in one well-functioning ERP environment? At TSC Life you get the space to make that connection. You bring structure, improve processes and participate in an important go-live in the first quarter of 2027.

TSC Life is growing, both independently and through acquisitions. This increases the need for unambiguous processes, reliable data and a joint way of working. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central forms the basis for this.

As a Business Process & ERP Manager, you will mainly focus on Finance. You understand what financial colleagues need and translate this into practical process improvements and an appropriate design of Business Central. You look across national and departmental borders: how do processes fit together, where do differences arise and what can be simplified?

Three challenges are central:

• Harmonize financial processes: connect and standardize local practices, with an eye for what remains necessary per country.
• Preparing for the planned go-live in Q1 2027: ensuring that design, data, testing and users are well aligned.
• Bringing more structure: setting clear priorities, agreements and documentation in an environment where a lot is happening and people switch quickly.

What will you do?

You will work closely with Finance, other internal stakeholders and external consultants. You will collect needs, make choices transparent and guide improvements from analysis to commissioning.

Specifically, you will:

• Analyze financial processes and translate them into improvements in Business Central.
• Coordinating the design and further development of the ERP system and associated extensions.
• Supervising ERP projects and keeping a grip on planning, dependencies and progress.
• Improve data quality, reports and the connection between processes.
• Involving users in changes, providing training and recording work agreements.
• Together with your colleagues, ensure a stable environment and a structured approach to questions and changes.

Where will you end up?

TSC Life develops and manufactures medical technology, including solutions for patient heating and single-use endoscopy. The products support healthcare professionals in safe and effective patient care. From the head office in Amsterdam, you will work together with international colleagues, including the production locations in Almelo and France.

You will join the team, and report to the Director Business Systems & IT, with two ERP Managers and support from external consultants. The organization is flat, the atmosphere informal and the lines are short. You can easily interact with colleagues and are given room to take responsibility.

Growth also brings dynamism: not everything has been worked out yet and priorities can change. That is precisely where your added value lies. You keep an overview, bring peace and make improvements concrete, while keeping people involved.

Who are we looking for?

You combine knowledge of financial processes with experience in ERP. You are a good listener, ask questions and explain clearly what a change will yield. You feel comfortable in an international environment and take the initiative when something can be improved.

You bring:

• HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP implementations or process improvements.
• A good understanding of financial processes and their translation into an ERP environment.
• A good command of English and preferably also French, so that you can work independently with international colleagues. Mastery of the Dutch language is an advantage
• The ability to organize projects, set priorities and follow up on agreements.
• A practical, connecting approach: you involve people and ensure that plans are also implemented.
