Job summary

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam (RSM BV) is seeking a Business Line Marketeer to partner with programme leadership, Sales and marketing. You will translate business objectives into marketing priorities, coordinate campaigns, and monitor performance to drive enrolment and growth.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• Experience coordinating campaigns and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, positioning and campaign effectiveness.
• Experience using data and insights to evaluate performance and improve results.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing partner for the business line, coordinating priorities and briefs.
• Translate objectives and insights into clear marketing actions.
• Coordinate activities and ensure alignment among stakeholders and marketing teams.
• Monitor campaign, pipeline and conversion performance, identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor developments to strengthen positioning.
• Define success measures and evaluate impact of marketing activities.
• Support events, campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and act as main contact for marketing questions.
