Job summary

MediaMarkt Hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam seeks a Partner Marketing Sales Specialist to develop and execute partner marketing and retail media plans, driving sales and category performance.

You will manage supplier relationships, monitor budgets and deliver data-driven reporting, aligning initiatives with commercial objectives and collaborating with Sales, Category Management, Campaigns and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Partner Marketing, Retail Media or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership.
• Financial understanding, including budgeting and performance tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Dutch) are a plus.
